All Christmas bedroom rates are per person per stay and based on two people sharing a room;

The rates provided above include all mentioned entertainment, meals and VAT at the current rate. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation, with the balance payment due on or before the 1st December, Full payment will be required for any bookings made thereafter. If you cancel after the 1st December, full cancellation charges will apply. (Please speak to one of our team members as T&C's on cottage breaks may differ).
